Full payment is required upon customer receiving the booking confirmation and to be settled within 3 working days in order to secure the availability. For application send via online, a payment slip will be issued as confirmation of receiving payment. An official receipt will be issued upon guest arrival at the homestay only.

b) Cheque Payment
Please make cheque payable to THEN CHIEW LAN and bank in to the above stated preferred saving account at your convenient.
c) Cash Payment
Please call the homestay manager for the further advise.
d) Deposit (Refundable)
A refundable deposit of RM100 is required upon check-in. Should there be any damages found or mis-used the homestay facilities, this deposit will be forfeited.
