• Private car porch area.

Other Facility

Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are available at NO COST, provide upon guest request only. However, any accidental damages shall be liable to the guest of homestay for compensation of damages.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: available anytime after 2pm.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the homestay not later than 12 noon.

Terms and Methods of Payment

Full payment is required upon customer receiving the booking confirmation and to be settled within 3 working days in order to secure the availability. For application send via online, a payment slip will be issued as confirmation of receiving payment. An official receipt will be issued upon guest arrival at the homestay only.

d) Deposit (Refundable)
A refundable deposit of RM100 is required upon check-in. Should there be any damages found or mis-used the homestay facilities, this deposit will be forfeited.

It is not possible to cancel your reservation once the payment is made. Is is strictly

NOT-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
